The New Forest National Park
The New Forest is an area in Southern England that includes The New Forest National Park.
The region is known for its heathland, forest trails and native ponies. Owls, otters and wolves are the residents of the New Forest. The New Forest was created as a royal forest by William I in about 1079.
For spectacular walks and bike rides, the New Forest is hard to beat.
Salisbury Cathedral
Salisbury Cathedral, formally known as the Cathedral Church of the blessed Virgin Mary, is an Anglican Cathedral in Salisbury, Southern England, and one of the leading examples of early English architecture.
Built between 1220-1320, the cathedral contains the world's oldest working clock (from AD 1386) and has the best surviving of the four original copies of Magna Carta.
Stonehenge
Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument in Wiltshire, England, 2 miles west of Amesbury.
It consists of a ring of standing stones, with each standing stone around 13 feet high, 7 feet wide and weighing around 25 tons.
